"This paper is global in nature, as it deals with the transnational exchange of culture from South Korea to the United States of America. It distinguishes between the two cultures, what influences each have taken from each other's cultures, and what about their societies makes them connected by their shared cultural products. It encompasses the theme of Empathy by understanding the need of community in troubling times.
